Yes. VeloSense reads your activities, wellness, and athlete data from Intervals.icu via your API key. Intervals.icu is free and syncs with Strava, Garmin, Wahoo, Zwift and most common devices.

How is this different from TrainingPeaks?

TrainingPeaks and similar tools give you a structured plan and leave the adjusting to you. VeloSense rebuilds your plan automatically when your week changes, grounded in your CTL, ATL, TSB and HRV trends.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Full access to every feature for 14 days, no charges during the trial. Cancel anytime from Settings before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
